Last Updated: October 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and hiring ZK Web Solutions ("We", "Us", "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional web development services, including but not limited to: Custom Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, Landing Page Design, and Website Maintenance. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement for each project.

3. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our standard payment terms are:

  • 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Required to schedule your project and begin work.
  • 50% Final Payment: Due upon project completion, before the final website is migrated to your live server or credentials are handed over.

We reserve the right to pause work if payments are not made on time. All prices quoted are in PKR (for Pakistani clients) or USD (for International clients).

4. Revisions & Scope

Each project package includes a specific number of revision rounds (typically 2-3). A "revision" constitutes a change to the existing design or content. New features requested after the scope has been agreed upon will be billed additionally at our hourly rate or as a fixed-price add-on.

5. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website code and design.

However, ZK Web Solutions retains the right to display the project (including screenshots, videos, and links) in our portfolio, case studies, and social media for promotional purposes. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), this must be agreed upon before the project commences.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for perfection, but we cannot guarantee that our work will be error-free 100% of the time. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to third-party server downtime (hosting), third-party API failures (e.g., Stripe, WhatsApp API), or data loss caused by Client mismanagement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
